At CodeSkilled (operated by Bloghunch Software Pvt Ltd), we aim to deliver high-quality educational experiences. However, if you feel our services are not meeting your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms and conditions outlined below. This policy is in compliance with Indian laws and designed to ensure fairness for both participants and the company.

1. Refund Policy for Courses

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds can be requested within the first 7 sessions (approximately 2 weeks) of the cohort start date, under the following conditions:
You must attend and actively participate in all the first 7 sessions.
You must complete and submit all assignments provided during this period.
Refunds are subject to review and approval based on a valid reason provided by you.

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued after deducting the fees for the first 7 sessions. This ensures compensation for the content and resources utilized during the initial sessions.
The exact refund amount will be determined based on the extent of participation and resources used.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds can not be requested for booking amount.
You fail to attend all 7 sessions or complete the required assignments.
You request a refund after the first 7 sessions.
The reason for the refund is deemed invalid by our review board.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@codeskilled.in within the 7-session period.
Provide your enrollment details, a valid reason for the refund, and evidence of session participation and assignment completion.
Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Payment gateway fees or other transaction charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Refund Policy for Pay After Placement Courses

Course Structure and Fee Details

Total Course Fee: ₹80,000
Caution Deposit (Payable at Enrollment): ₹25,000
Remaining Fee (Payable After Placement): ₹55,000

Placement Guarantee Criteria

To qualify for our placement guarantee, students must meet the following requirements:

Maintain a minimum of 90% attendance throughout the course duration
Achieve a minimum score of 90% in all examinations and practical assessments

Placement Process for Qualified Students

Students meeting the qualification criteria will receive 3 guaranteed work opportunities within 3 months of course completion
These opportunities will be provided through our partner network and hiring connections
Students are expected to actively participate in the interview process for all provided opportunities
Upon successful placement through any such opportunity, students will be required to pay the remaining course fees

Placement Process for Non-Qualified Students

Students not meeting the 90% attendance or 90% score criteria will not qualify for the placement guarantee
The caution deposit of ₹25,000 becomes non-refundable in such cases
However, CodeSkilled may still assist these students with work opportunities as full-time, part-time, intern, or freelance positions at varying compensation levels
Upon successful placement through any such opportunity, students will be required to pay the remaining course fees

Placement Window and Availability

The placement assistance window is 3 months from course completion
Students must remain available and actively participate during this entire period
If a student is unavailable during the placement window, they forfeit their right to placement assistance and caution deposit refund

Self-Placement During Course or Placement Window

If a student secures employment independently during the course or within the 3-month placement window, it will be considered as successful placement
In such cases, the student is required to pay the remaining course fees of ₹55,000
The caution deposit will be adjusted against the total course fee

Caution Deposit Refund Policy

Refundable: Only if a qualified student (meeting 90% attendance and 90% score criteria) does not receive placement through the 3 guaranteed opportunities provided by CodeSkilled within the placement window
Non-Refundable: In all other scenarios including:
- Failure to meet attendance or score requirements
- Unavailability during the placement window
- Successful placement through any means (company-provided or self-secured)
- Withdrawal from the course before completion

Important Terms

CodeSkilled's responsibility for placement assistance is limited to the 3-month window post course completion
All placement opportunities provided will be legitimate positions with verified employers
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during interviews and placement activities
Course completion certificate will be provided only upon meeting minimum academic requirements

3. Refund Policy for Webinars

No Refunds: Refunds are not offered for webinar purchases, regardless of attendance or dissatisfaction.
Access to Recordings: If you miss the live webinar, recordings may be made available upon request (subject to availability).

3. General Terms and Conditions

Cancellation by CodeSkilled

If a course cohort is canceled or postponed by CodeSkilled, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another cohort at no additional cost.

Changes to the Refund Policy

CodeSkilled reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these changes.
