Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds can be requested within the first 7 sessions (approximately 2 weeks) of the cohort start date, under the following conditions:
- You must attend and actively participate in all the first 7 sessions.
- You must complete and submit all assignments provided during this period.
- Refunds are subject to review and approval based on a valid reason provided by you.
Partial Refund
- A partial refund may be issued after deducting the fees for the first 7 sessions. This ensures compensation for the content and resources utilized during the initial sessions.
- The exact refund amount will be determined based on the extent of participation and resources used.
Non-Refundable Situations
- You fail to attend all 7 sessions or complete the required assignments.
- You request a refund after the first 7 sessions.
- The reason for the refund is deemed invalid by our review board.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@codeskilled.in within the 7-session period.
- Provide your enrollment details, a valid reason for the refund, and evidence of session participation and assignment completion.
- Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Payment gateway fees or other transaction charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Refund Policy for Webinars
- No Refunds: Refunds are not offered for webinar purchases, regardless of attendance or dissatisfaction.
- Access to Recordings: If you miss the live webinar, recordings may be made available upon request (subject to availability).
3. General Terms and Conditions
Cancellation by CodeSkilled
- If a course cohort is canceled or postponed by CodeSkilled, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another cohort at no additional cost.
